Self Catering @ The Creek...

The part of The Creek that is available for Self Catering is joined to the main house and is shown in the image below.

Self Catering Facilities...

It provides enough room to sleep 4 people. Downstairs there is a bedroom and toilet/shower room. Upstairs there is a kitchen/seating area with a double sized futon. The following facilities are also provided:

• Oil fired central heating throughout with fully adjustable temperature control.
• Hallway with ample storage for rucksacks, hiking boots etc.
• Bedroom with double bed and single bunk above.
• Toilet with shower, W.C. wash-hand basin and shaver socket.
• Open plan kitchen and sitting area.
• Kitchen consists of 4 ring cooker/oven, refrigerator, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, microwave oven, sink, toaster, electric kettle, table and chairs. All pots, pans and crockery are supplied.
• Clothes drying facilities at the rear of the house.
• Bed linen and towels supplied.
• Open plan sitting area contains double sized futon, occasional table, colour TV, video and radio.

About The Creek...

The house has recently been refurbished and complies with all safety and fire standards e.g. smoke detectors etc. No pets are allowed and there is a no smoking policy throughout the house.

Local Amenities...

Transport can be arranged to anywhere on the island and there is a daily bus service to and from Lerwick/Sumburgh every day(except Sundays). Car and taxi hire are available locally and there is a general store and Post Office in Baltasound.
